Pastoral Care at Holy Trinity is a collaborative ministry between clergy and lay members of our parish who strive to provide a loving and caring environment of those among us who may be experiencing hardships of any kinds. Pastoral Care activities include Lay Eucharistic Visitors (LEVs), Transportation, Emergency Meals, Prayer Shawls, Home/Hospital Visitation, Card Ministry, Intercessory Prayers, etc.

Types of requests/needs include Last Rites, Sudden Death, Ministration to the Sick, Home/Hospital Visitation, Non-emergencies, Prayer shawls, Homebound Communion, etc.
